The Address Sligo are currently looking for aSpa Therapist- Part Time. The successful candidate must have experience in a similar environment.
Responsibilities
* Guest Experience: Provide personalised and exceptional service to guests throughout their spa experience. Address guest concerns and feedback promptly and professionally, aiming to exceed expectations.
* Sales and Marketing: Assist in developing and implementing strategies to boost spa revenue and occupancy. Actively promote spa services, packages, and products to guests and hotel patrons.
* Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards, implementing policies and procedures to maintain a safe and sanitary spa environment for guests and staff.
Requirements
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for exceeding guest expectations.
* Proven ability to drive sales and meet revenue targets, with a results-oriented mindset.
* Knowledge of spa operations and treatment protocols.
* Familiarity with spa software systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
