We are searching for our client, a global Social Media company, aMarketing Programs Coordinatorto join their business inDublin, Ireland.Position Title:Marketing Programs CoordinatorPosition Type:FTE, 11 monthsStart Date:January, 2026Location:Dublin, Ireland, Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 remote - moving to 5 days onsite in September)Contact:Stephen Price| Our client, a global and innovative social media company, is seeking a Marketing Programs Coordinator to join their SMB Marketing EMEA team, supporting regional SMB advertisers through the execution of multi-channel marketing programs and events.This role sits within a fast-paced, cross-functional marketing environment and focuses on driving product adoption and incremental revenue growth across priority EMEA markets, including the UK, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain.ResponsibilitiesExecute comprehensive SMB advertiser revenue growth plans across priority EMEA markets through targeted marketing strategies focused on product adoption and new revenue acquisitionCoordinate and deliver online and in-person marketing programs and events, including agency and vendor management, budget oversight, and stakeholder alignmentAct as a central point of coordination across teams, ensuring clear and consistent information flow between stakeholdersDesign and manage effective marketing operating cadences, including team meetings, quarterly business reviews, planning cycles, and activity calendarsEnsure the smooth delivery of compelling content narratives and sales materials tailored to different audiences and campaign objectivesCollaborate closely with Sales, Product, PR/Comms, Enterprise Marketing, Partnerships, and Growth teams to plan and execute strategic marketing and acquisition campaignsTrack, analyse, and report on campaign and event performance to identify optimisation opportunities and improve marketing effectivenessOperate independently in a dynamic environment, managing multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneouslyRequirements4+ years' experience in marketing roles, media agencies, or events management environmentsProven program management experience, including coordination of multiple initiatives and stakeholdersStrong ability to independently identify opportunities, define project scope, and lead execution from ideation through deliveryExcellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlinesPreferred SkillsExperience working with digital advertising platforms or performance marketing productsExposure to SMB-focused marketing initiatives across EMEA marketsExperience coordinating marketing events and multi-channel programsFluency in English is required, with additional European languages highly advantageous
