Title and Summary
Lead, Network Operations
The Load Balancer Operations Team manages the health of the load balancing platform at Mastercard, including analysis, patching, and operational support. As a Load Balancer Operations Analyst, you will troubleshoot complex network issues, ensure infrastructure monitoring aligns with Mastercard standards, and collaborate with various teams to optimize network design and security. The role requires a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields, or a Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.
