A fantastic opportunity is now available for a passionate and organised professional to join The River Lee, as our People & Culture (Human Resources) Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a HR professional that is looking to grow and develop their career.
Responsibilities will include:
Implementing the people strategy
Managing a performance management system/process
Ensuring the company's procedures comply with Irish employment legislation
Handling all aspects of employee relations
Setting and reviewing pay structures and employee perks and benefits
Managing employee sick leave, holiday and personal time off
Liaising with HODs to implement appropriate career pathing and promotion planning
Working with HODs to manage weekly and monthly payroll, ensuring labour costs are in line with budget
Manage day-to-day HR function in an effective and efficient manner
Supporting management in all performance and succession planning
Qualifications:
Solid HR experience in a similar environment
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Effective communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organisational skills
Strategic mindset and genuine enthusiasm for people development
