The role of Client Executive involves managing and developing an established commercial book of business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage client insurance needs, including renewals, alterations, and claims handling.
* Support Account Directors on client accounts.
* Achieve upsell and cross-sell targets.
* Follow agreed processes for all tasks.
* Manage aged debt and premium collection.
* Comply with all audit requirements.
* Work closely with the Enterprise Team Leader.
