Warehouse ManagerWe are currently looking for an efficient and skilled Warehouse Manager to oversee the warehouse operations for our facility located in Galway. The ideal candidate for the Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, ensuring the accurate and timely dispatch and Intake of products, and maintaining high standards of inventory control and safety.Responsibilities:Responsible for the entire warehouse management of the business ensuring all goods dispatches are timely and accurate. All stock movements to be completed accurately and in real time on the company MRP system.Ensuring the highest level of pick accuracy is achieved on all dispatched orders whilst maximizing order pick performance.Leading the team of employees providing clear direction and efficiency.Identify areas for process improvement and implement agreed solutions within the department.Communicate regularly with all fellow department managers to ensure the jobs and times are met and completed to customers descriptions. Ensuring a prompt response time to both customers and colleagues are met.At all times ensure that the Health and Safety requirements are adhered to by the entire team.Provide cover for as required.Any other Ad hoc duties as requested by management.Key Requirements:Minimum of 5 years proven experience in warehouse management FMCGStrong leadership and managerial skills.Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential.Excellent communication skills.Strong computer and pervious experience in using MRP/ERP systems is essential.
