About
We're working with a leading residential developer delivering a major multi-phase scheme on Dublin's northside, and they're looking for a high-calibre Site / Senior Site Manager to take ownership on site.
This is a flagship development with a strong pipeline behind it.
The right person will bring a blend of residential delivery, development experience, groundworks knowledge and M&E fit-out coordination — someone who understands how all stages lock together, from first dig to handover.
If you're used to running busy sites, driving standards, and taking full responsibility for programme, quality and safety, this will suit you.
What You'll Do
Lead day-to-day site operations on a large residential development from groundworks through to completion and handover.
Oversee early-stage civils and groundworks: excavations, foundations, drainage, utilities, services and roads.
Manage and coordinate M&E fit-out works, ensuring services are installed, coordinated and commissioned in line with design and programme.
Work closely with design, engineering and development teams to resolve issues quickly and keep the project moving.
Manage subcontractors, direct labour and suppliers to deliver safely, on time and to the required quality.
Maintain site records, reports, and ensure compliance with building regs, H&S and QA procedures.
Report to senior management with full accountability for progress, cost, quality and risk on your section of the project.
What You'll Bring
Minimum 5+ years' experience as a Site Manager / Senior Site Manager on residential developments (houses, apartments or mixed-use).
Strong groundworks / civils knowledge – confident overseeing foundations, drainage, services and external works.
Proven experience working on development-led projects (developer or main contractor delivering for a developer).
Solid exposure to M&E fit-out on residential schemes – understanding coordination between trades, services routes and final finishes.
Strong technical, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to lead teams and drive performance.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach and high standards on safety and quality.
Full, clean driver's licence and eligibility to work in Ireland.
