This role is focused on building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue within the independent retail sector. You will work closely with internal teams and key partners to deliver against our strategic objectives.You will be focused on selling our services into independent retailers and small retail groups within Ireland.You will support the Sales team in our Key Account Strategies across IrelandYou will forge excellent relationships with our key partners, working closely with their Business Development teams to achieve our business objectives across the UK & IrelandYou will work closely with our Sales Support Administrator in managing your Sales pipeline end-to-end, from prospect to close and handover to our Customer Success TeamYou will upsell our products and services to existing customersSet up meetings with business development representatives to negotiate/close dealsNational travel within Ireland is required with occasional travel to the UKPrepare and deliver engaging presentations on our products and servicesParticipate on behalf of the company in exhibitions and/or conferencesGather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teamsQualificationsProven experience in a Business Development, Sales, or Account Management roleStrong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsExperience selling into the retail sector (independent retailers or small groups preferred)Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage a full sales cycle from prospecting to closeHighly organised with strong pipeline and time management skillsSelf‑motivated, proactive, and results‑drivenComfortable working both independently and as part of a teamWillingness to travel across Ireland and occasionally to the UKProficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office toolsAdditional InformationWe innovate.
