What We're Looking For:
* Minimum 2 years' agency recruitment experience, ideally in one of the listed sectors.
* Proven success in a 360 recruitment role, including business development and account management.
* You will be able to manage key client relationships and confidently pitch to stakeholders at all levels.
* Demonstrated ability to exceed targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage your own desk effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Recruitment experience in one of the following sectors: Construction, Warehouse & Logistics, Hospitality, Facilities Management, or Life Science & Engineering.
* Proven background in 360 recruitment.
* Strong understanding of at least one of the above-mentioned sectors.
