Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
* Working closely with the Senior management and directors to provide admin support.
* To maintain hardcopy and electronic filing systems, ensuring all filing is completed in an accurate and timely manner
* Preparing documents such as meeting agendas in advance of meeting
* Working with Senior management on tenders and pre-qualification questionnaires, including ensuring the accurate delivery of pre quals and tender documents in line with requirements
* Updating spreadsheets using excel.
* Work with finance on project Cost Management,
* Assist with issuing documentation for staff.
* Liaising with procurement on non-material purchases for site,
* Attending training to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills
* Any other work as required by the Senior Management.
* Act as main point of contact for general office queries.

This is a full time permanent role working for Tower Civil Engineering, an exciting, innovative construction company working on construction and civil projects in Ireland.
Working days are Monday to Friday;
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines
* Strong Excel knowledge & experience
* Experience within Construction Environment is a strong advantage
* 2+ years experience in a similar role
* Ability to prioritise and multitask the workload
* Excellent time management
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Strong I.T. skills including working knowledge of MS Office package
* A keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask
* Liaising with internal stakeholders (subcontractors and engineers etc)
