Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to lead our busy service department. As a key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing workshop operations, driving service efficiency, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
This is a challenging opportunity to streamline service operations, minimize vehicle downtime, and maximize throughput. You will work closely with Sales and Operations to support vehicle delivery timelines and client expectations.
In this role, you will be the main point of contact for service customers, offering clear and timely communication. You will build strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
You will also oversee day-to-day service operations, manage and support a team of service staff, coordinate subcontractor services as needed, and ensure timely preparation and delivery of vehicles to customers.
