Youll play a key role in ensuring our onboarding processes are secure, compliant, helping protect both customers and business from fraud and financial crime. What You'll Do: Own and resolve escalated KYC and application referrals Lead fraud investigations, escalating risk appropriately and in line with FCA regulations Continuously improve our onboarding workflows and fraud detection processes Collaborate with Risk Strategy, Operations, and Compliance teams Identify inefficiencies and contribute to process automation and optimisation Support data reporting and analysis using tools What You'll Need: 3 years + of experience in KYC, fraud prevention etc Strong understanding of AML, CDD, and FCA regulatory frameworks Experience using KYC and fraud detection platforms/tools Strong communication skills clear, professional, and confident A proactive, solutions-focused approach to teamwork and problem solving A desire to work in a fast-paced, mission-led, and evolving environment What You'll Get: Competitive salary 25 days holiday +
