We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Fund/Client Accounting Senior Associate to join our Private Equity team. This role is located in Dublin, Ireland and will be working in a hybrid capacity.


In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following:

* Conduct accounting services on behalf of assigned clients and moderately complex funds, including determining net asset values, calculating fund performance, allocating expenses, and preparing reports.
* Perform complex Fund/Client Accounting responsibilities such as driving service improvement plans, targeting efficiencies, enhancing processes, and specialist review functions.
* Provide guidance and review work related to cash and asset reconciliations involving complex accounts or transactions, resolving reconciliations for more complex or atypical transactions.
* Draft reports for clients regarding the performance of complex funds, review draft reports completed by less experienced staff, and regularly interact with clients to answer questions and resolve issues regarding fund reports and accounting processes.


To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

* Bachelor’s degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Experience at a Big 4 accounting firm preferred.
* Experience using Investran or Geneva advantageous.
* Ability to evaluate GAAP and/or IFRS rules to determine the impact of new regulations on fund accounting practices.
* This role does not have direct reports but provides guidance to less experienced team members. People management responsibilities may exist in some geographies.
