The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Project Planner (Primavera P6)
to support the planning and delivery of major data centre construction projects. You will own project schedules end-to-end, working closely with project managers, designers, and contractors to provide clear, data-driven insight into progress, risk, and performance.
This is a high-impact role with real visibility across fast-paced, technically complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, maintain, and manage detailed
Primavera P6 schedules
across design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover
* Integrate schedule inputs from design, procurement, and construction teams
* Produce
progress reports, lookahead programmes, and schedule risk analysis
* Perform
critical path analysis, earned value analysis (EVA), and scenario modelling
* Support
tendering and pre-construction
with baseline and resource-loaded programmes
* Ensure alignment between
schedule, cost, and risk
functions
* Drive accurate progress updates, forecasting, and change impact assessments
* Interface directly with client teams, providing clear and confident schedule communications
About You
* Degree in
Engineering or a related discipline
* 3+ years' experience
in project planning within
data centre, mission-critical, or MEP-heavy construction
* Strong Primavera P6 proficiency
(essential)
* Working knowledge of
Microsoft Project
and
Power BI
(desirable)
* Solid understanding of
construction sequencing, commissioning logic, and interfaces
* Comfortable interpreting complex drawings and technical specifications
* Experience in
EPC, Design & Build, or Client Representative
environments
* Clear communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
