We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our pharma fit-out project.
About the Job:
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working with main contractors on large-scale construction projects, including industrial, pharmaceutical, and data centre developments.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and direct sub-contractors and suppliers in accordance with the project timeline.
* Oversee the entire construction process from commencement to completion, ensuring it is finished on time and within budget constraints.
* Collaborate closely with the project team to guarantee that all aspects of the project are delivered to a high standard.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a project lead on large-scale construction projects.
* Demonstrated track record of delivering projects successfully, on time and within budget.
* Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this role.
