Our team is seeking a motivated, experienced SPICE Modeling Engineer to support advanced process development. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Silicon device modeling, device physics, and electrical measurements.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain SPICE transistor models for LDMOS, CMOS, BJT, JFET, and other devices.
">
* Characterize and analyze devices, including high frequency characterization (S-Parameters).
">
* Model multi-physics disciplines, such as electrical, thermal, and mechanical.
">
* Perform long-term device degradation modeling for LDMOS and Bipolars.
">

Qualifications:
">
">
* Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Applied Physics with strong device physics background.
">
* PhD in Electrical Engineering or Applied Physics, with experience in device modeling and programming skills in Python.
">
* Process Engineering experience and knowledge of electrothermal, piezoelectric, and bipolar device action.
