Strategic Leadership in Supply Chain Development

This rotational program is designed to equip you with the expertise needed to become a strategic leader in the supply chain space. You will develop comprehensive knowledge of supply chain management while acquiring practical business skills through three eight-month rotations.

* Demand Planning: Learn effective methods to determine sales and production volumes across a global network of facilities.
* Strategic Sourcing: Gain insight into strategic category management and develop crucial business skills, including negotiation, contracting, finance, and project management.
* Global Distribution: Leverage best-in-class tools to gain insight into the importance of transportation, warehousing, and trade compliance for the overall business.

You will have the opportunity to work at various manufacturing sites outside of our headquarters, including Ireland, Utah, Singapore, Costa Rica, and others.

The Programme includes opportunities to develop leadership capabilities, excel in team-based environments, and build productive internal and external working relationships.
