As General Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the operation with the key goal to maximise our ranking on TripAdvisor by ensuring our guests and customers receive the very best service every time they visit. Its about delivering memorable experiences so that our guests come back again and of course tell others about their great trip. We need a hands on leader who can develop and empower the entire team to deliver excellence on every occasion, through this transformarion. You will be an experienced Hospitality Manager with a proven track record of making things work efficiently and effectively and be customer focused to the core. You will have strong coaching skills and know how to get the best out of your management team, supporting them to develop into hospitality experts.
Reporting to the Group General Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with experts in the Support Office to develop every aspect of your hotel - from the marketing of the hotel to working with the sales team and how to develop our customer base at home and abroad. Working with the HR team, you will be identifying talent that we can grow for future promotions, managing those who are not delivering to the standards we require and working on engagement to create a happy working environment where fantastic customer service becomes the norm.
