The Hyatt Centric is delighted to invite applicants for the position of part-time Commis Chef. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your culinary skills with a recently new brand in the Irish Market. Working within the highly respected Hodson Bay Group and supported by the Hyatt Partnership, you will help establish Hyatt Centric, The Liberties Dublin, as a leading hotel in the capital.

Key Responsibilities
1. Measure and prepare ingredients as directed by the Chef.
2. Prepare meal ingredients, including seasoning meats and washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits.
3. Assist in preparing basic salads and sauces.
4. Receive and verify food deliveries for quality and accuracy.
5. Monitor stock levels and notify supervisors of low inventory.
6. Discard expired or spoiled items from storage.
7. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations.
8. Plate and present dishes according to Chef's guidance.
9. Ensure food hygiene practices are observed across the food chain.
10. Ensure HACCP compliance within the kitchen and outlets.
11. Report any maintenance issues with kitchen equipment.
