Customer Service Role
We are seeking a skilled customer service professional to join our team in Portumna. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth passage of customers through our branch.

You will work closely with our personal and business customers, providing full 360 support and developing yourself through comprehensive training and on-going support.
* Engage with customers to deliver professional, efficient, and friendly customer service.
* Handle customer queries and problems in a timely and effective manner.
* Relocate customers to appropriate self-service options and provide demonstrations as needed.
* Record and update customer information on our in-house systems.
You will have the opportunity to bring customer insights into our decision-making process and contribute to the development of our business strategies.
