Store Leadership Opportunity

You'll work closely with your supervisor to implement a local business strategy and consistently meet performance targets. Daily objectives and actions will be defined to drive KPIs, and monthly plans will be developed based on productivity targets. Store administration, inventory management, day-to-day operations, and employee wellbeing and engagement will also be key responsibilities.
* Previous relevant store management experience or equivalent in retail or hospitality
* Prioritizing people management skills, including communication, motivation, coaching, connection, and inspiration
* Sharing knowledge to drive behavioral change and develop others
* Making informed decisions and solving problems effectively
Key Responsibilities:
Develop daily objectives and actions to drive KPIs
Implement local business strategies with supervision
Ensure excellent store administration, inventory management, and day-to-day operations
Drive employee wellbeing and engagement through regular 1-to-1s
