Job Title: Network Engineer (Mid-Level)

Position Overview
We are seeking a mid-level Network Engineer to support and lead network technology refresh initiatives across regulated and corporate environments. This role will focus heavily on Cisco switching and enterprise Wi-Fi deployments, with strong ownership of project coordination, communication, and lifecycle management. Experience with Palo Alto firewalls is a significant plus.
The ideal candidate is technically hands-on, organized, and comfortable driving schedules and stakeholder communication from planning through execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and execute network technology refresh projects, including:
* Cisco switch upgrades and replacements
* Enterprise Wi-Fi deployments and refreshes
* Design, configure, and support LAN/WAN and wireless networks in
regulated and corporate environments
* Coordinate and manage:
* Project timelines and deployment schedules
* Hardware replacement and refresh cycles
* Maintenance windows and cutover plans
Required Skills & Experience
* 3–6 years of experience in network engineering or infrastructure roles
* Strong hands-on experience with
Cisco switching technologies
* Solid experience deploying and supporting
enterprise Wi-Fi solutions
* Experience working in
regulated environments
(e.g., healthcare, finance, government) is highly preferred
* Understanding of network security best practices and compliance requirements
* Proven ability to manage schedules, dependencies, and project deliverables
