Key Responsibilities:
* Be the primary contact for customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
* Schedule calls and visits to current and potential customers.
* Build rapport with customers to maintain satisfaction and ongoing business.
* Demonstrate products, provide technical presentations, and offer consultative assistance based on customer needs.
* Sell machinery, service agreements, and warranties to maximize profitability.
* Manage designated territories and customers to increase market share.
* Meet or exceed sales targets for units, revenue, and gross profit.
* Promote and sell support services such as maintenance contracts and on-site fueling.
* Provide trade-in information when requested.
* Participate in sales meetings and training to stay current with new equipment and programs.
* Use CRM to manage call logs, prospect lists, and mileage.
* Monitor competitors and communicate insights to management.
* Maintain professional conduct and a positive attitude in all interactions.

Requirements
5-8 years of successful outside sales experience in a competitive environment preferred.
3-5 years in industrial, construction, or heavy equipment retail or rental sales preferred.
Ability to operate and demonstrate heavy equipment features.
Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Proficiency with software such as CDK, Handle, Motus (CRM), Microsoft Office, and Internet.
Willingness to travel, work flexible hours, and in various environmental conditions.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Clean Motor Vehicle Record required.
