Base pay range
Job Title: Customer Support Administrator
Location: Limerick
Remuneration: €14.80 - €17.25 per hour
Contract Details: Temporary ongoing, dependant on client requirements
Responsibilities
* Support the company's clients with order and service
* Deliver pre and post-sales support to customers and channel partners
* Prepare accurate quotations in line with company standards
* Conduct analysis and reporting, including weekly updates for customers
* Manage quality returns and coordinate with repair centres
* Resolve post-sales issues related to orders, delivery, and payments
* Validate data across reports for sales representatives and customers
* Take on assigned projects and adapt responsibilities to meet goals
Position Overview
We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Support Administrator to join our dynamic team! As the first point of contact for customer inquiries related to RFQs, sales orders, and RMAs, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and effective communication.
Qualifications
* Experience in a customer support or account coordination role
* Strong analytical and technical skills to manage complex projects
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
* Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred
* Demonstrable organisational skills and ability to work independently
* Capability to plan and implement new technologies as required
