PRIMARY FUNCTION The overall purpose of the job is reporting to the HR Manager and working closely with the HR team.
You will be responsible for providing an effective,accurate and efficient HR administration service throughout the full employee cycle.
Our team operates within a demanding environment, supporting operations across multiple unique sites.
Candidates with a strong systems-focused background will have a distinct advantage.
This is a full-time job and ideally the successful candidate will be able to work in a hybrid model 3 days in our Cork office based in Carrigaline.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE Required Essential Desirable Experience 1-2yrs in similar role Facility Management Exp Excel Intermediate Advanced HRIS Intermediate Advanced MS Suite Intermediate Advanced BEHAVIOURAL / ATTRIBUTES / COMPETENCIES · Ability to plan, prioritise and work to strict deadlines.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus both internally and externally.
· Methodical with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
· Work effectively within the team and autonomously · The ability to deal with confidential information and maintain confidentiality is essential.
· A driver's licence is an advantage.
