Responsibilities Maintain excellence in store merchandising, detail, and customer service.
Implement and ensure compliance with all Brick Group policies and procedures.
Increase store sales, improve closing ratios, and enhance customer return on investment while controlling expenses.
Implement sales and operations programs.
Schedule staff for optimal coverage.
Conduct daily sales meetings and trigger talks.
Develop staff through goal setting, coaching, and performance evaluations.
Organize promotions and marketing events.
Handle escalated customer service issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Promote teamwork across departments.
Maintain accurate store inventory levels.
Manage accounts receivable and payable reporting.
Engage with the community.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
At least 3 years of retail sales and/or customer service experience.
2 or more years in retail supervisory or management roles.
Proven success in sales, customer service, operations, and merchandising.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong leadership skills.
Effective problem-solving abilities.
Negotiation and closing skills.
Working knowledge of retail systems.
Good time management and work ethic.
Commitment to excellence and pride in customer service and store presentation.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
