Operational Director
Our organisation is seeking a seasoned Operational Director to spearhead the management of our production and logistics functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of approximately 80 employees and driving operational excellence across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage day-to-day operations across manufacturing, logistics, design, and installation.
2. Oversee production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.
3. Manage and develop a team of employees, including production supervisors, logistics coordinators, and installation teams.
4. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, output, and efficiency.
Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years experience in a manufacturing management or senior operations leadership role.
* Strong leadership experience managing large teams (80+ employees).
* Proven track record of improving operational performance in a manufacturing or production environment.
