Working with a reputable Top Tier Contractor who specialise in delivering high value, technical, commercial and residential developments across the Leinster Region.
Applicants will have the opportunity to work on some exciting D&B developments worth over €100M and avail of long-term and consistent work.
The role will entail looking after all finishing trades on site through to handover.
Working alongside the site manager and project manager to ensure successful delivery of large project.
The Role
Report to and support Site Manager.
Liaise with, coordinate and manage various subcontractors on a daily basis.
Attend site meetings and host meetings among trades teams.
Manage multiple teams of trades to handover.
