Human Resources Administrative - CIPD Diploma
Location: 100% Office based - Rathcoole
Contract Type: Temporary
Working Pattern: Part-Time (flexibility)
About Us:
Join a dynamic and diverse team in a pivotal role within our Human Resources department. We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Administrative professional who is committed to delivering high-quality service and supporting our HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Process all HR administration related to new hires and exits, including offer letters, contracts, and welcome packages.
Maintain accurate employee data and manage sickness administration.
Regularly update and file employee documentation.
Create standardised letters, such as confirmations of resignation.
Administer employee benefits, including travel cards and pension plans.
Prepare and execute the Performance Management process.
Provide general support to the HR team as needed.
Communicate with UWV, Tax authorities, and other relevant bodies to ensure compliance with laws and procedures.
Create employment statements and support health and safety initiatives.
Contribute to reducing our environmental impact and enhancing performance initiatives.
Qualifications:
Secondary School qualification in a relevant field.
CIPD Diploma is essential.
Experience in HR as a generalist, with a solid understanding of HR information systems and HR analytics.
Knowledge of labour law and labour agreements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English.
