C&B MANAGER | TRIM | PERMANENT

Are you passionate about best in operations practice and have experience within a hotel and guiding a team?

Our client is a successful hotel located in Meath, is searching for a C&B Manager to join their Team on a Permanent basis.

There is flexibility within the working schedule for this role and the successful candidate with be supervising operations working an average of 45 hours per week, 5 days over 7 to include some weekends and public holidays.

ON ANY ONE DAY YOU WILL:

1. Work alongside the General Manager where you will manage all aspects of conference, banqueting and events operations as well as being responsible for leading the staff in these areas
2. Coordinating with the sales, kitchen and F&B teams to ensure events planned well
3. Assisting with setting annual budgets, targets and strategy planning for the business
4. Ensuring company policies and procedures regarding health and safety and HACCP standards and plans are met
5. Ensuring excellent customer service is provided and guests expectations are exceeded.
6. Managing weekly meetings within the departments

WE'D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE:

7. Previous 3 years solid experience in a similar role or have previous experience in managing large operations within a F&B Manager role or Bar Manager role
8. Excellent knowledge of all departments within the hotel with a particular emphasis on food/beverage and sales/events management
9. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
10. Previous people supervisory experience with strong people management skills and financial acumen
11. Strong skills with effective communication skills with the ability to lead your team and develop relationships
