Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy for large-scale ERP implementations.
* Create stakeholder engagement and communication plans to ensure business readiness at each phase.
* Conduct change impact assessments across finance and operations teams.
We're looking for an experienced Change Manager with strong understanding of business process change, complex transformation programmes, and structured methodologies like Prosci or ADKAR.
The role is hybrid with 2-3 days per week onsite in Dublin or Limerick.
