Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional on-site IT support to end-users, ensuring seamless service delivery and fostering strong client relationships.
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues efficiently, utilizing your expertise in Active Directory, Azure, Office 365 Admin, and Windows environments.
* Support senior engineers on projects, escalating matters as necessary, and contribute to knowledge base development through detailed documentation.
* Maintain accurate records, monitor ticket resolution within SLA, and ensure timely escalation when required.
* Offer comprehensive support for business applications, meeting room technology, and mobile devices, consistently delivering outstanding customer service.
* Promote collaborative relationships with clients and colleagues alike, embodying the principles of exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a Level 2 Service Delivery role or similar.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and client interaction.
* Strong technical skills in Active Directory, Azure, Office 365 Admin, and Windows environments.
* Able to work effectively in a dynamic Service Desk environment.
