Identity Management Expert
This role is part of the organization's cybersecurity function, responsible for protecting against cyber-attacks. As an Identity Management Business Analyst, you will be working to ensure data quality and integrity in customer identity repositories and other related tools.
Responsibilities:
* Research and identify data quality issues within customer identity repositories and other related tools.
* Analyze and resolve data inconsistencies, discrepancies and errors to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
* Collaborate with technical teams to implement data validation and cleansing rules.
* Compile and generate metrics and reports to track key performance indicators.
* Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate performance to stakeholders.
* Perform root cause analysis of findings and issues.
* Monitor the effectiveness of remediation efforts and adjust as needed.
* Document all findings, remediation actions and lessons learned.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
* 4-6 years extensive experience in business analysis and data quality analysis.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively consult and influence stakeholders.
* Ability to solve complex problems while communicating technical concepts.
* Analytical and problem-solving approach, with a focus on security, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
