We are seeking a skilled professional to manage payroll and accounting functions. Key responsibilities include weekly payroll preparation, accounts payable management, and assistance with process improvements.
* Prepare and process weekly payroll for employees using current manual timesheet system ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain accurate compliance records for all employees including contracts of employment etc.
* Process and payment of employee expenses in a timely manner.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3+ years experience in finance department in commercial environment.
* Strong knowledge of payroll procedures and understanding of accounting practices.
* Third-level qualification or accounting technician qualification (or equivalent) desirable.
