Business Growth Specialist
This is an exciting opportunity to drive sales growth in the foodservice industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing new and existing foodservice accounts, building strong customer relationships, and identifying and converting new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow new and existing foodservice accounts.
* Build strong customer relationships and maintain regular call cycles.
* Identify and convert new business opportunities.
* Introduce new food solutions and expand existing offerings.
* Analyse sales performance and plan territory activity accordingly.
* Work closely with internal teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and HR.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in the foodservice industry.
* Strong understanding of sales, margin, and commercial targets.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Full, clean driving licence.
* Hospitality, retail, or culinary background is an advantage.
