Social Care Worker Role Overview

* Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a collaborative approach to supporting children and families.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders, including children, young people, parents, and professionals.
