Overview
Retail Betting Assistant at Paddy Power. Starting salary: €14.00 per hour. You will be the welcoming host for our customers in our retail shops, providing best-in-class service and helping customers enjoy their time with us. Your enthusiasm for technology will help promote our online and retail products and services. Training is provided, and your attitude toward achieving shop goals and targets is key.
Responsibilities
* Assist customers to place bets through various channels (betting terminals, telephone services, in-shop transactions)
* Maintain excellent shop presentation to create an inviting atmosphere
* Step up and guide operations in the absence of the Shop and Deputy Manager to ensure smooth shop functioning
* Adapt to different situations while remaining customer-focused
* Fulfil social responsibility duties by adhering to established guidelines and regulations
* Engage warmly with customers, build relationships, and inform customers about latest promotions
* Cross-sell retail and online products and services and clearly answer customer queries
