We are now looking to partner with
self-employed, commission-only sales professionals
who want to run their own sales activity as a business, with uncapped earning potential.
This is a
contractor role
, not employment. You will operate independently and be responsible for winning and closing new B2B customers.
Key responsibilities:
* Prospect and acquire new B2B customers via cold calling, email, and outreach
* Manage your own sales pipeline and activity
* Identify customer printing requirements and propose suitable ink and toner solutions
* Set selling prices within agreed margin guidelines
* Close deals and introduce customers to InkPro for fulfillment
* Build long-term relationships to generate repeat business
Commission Structure
* Commission paid on
gross margin
* High, uncapped commission rates
* Commission paid on repeat orders from customers you introduce, for the duration of your contract
* No basic salary – earnings are performance based

* You must be
self-employed

responsible for your own tax
and statutory obligations

* You must have a strong, reliable internet connection
* You must have a quiet, professional place to work

What We're Looking For
* Proven B2B sales or telesales experience
* Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
* Confident closer with strong communication skills
* Self-motivated, disciplined, and results driven
* Able to work independently without supervision
* Existing B2B contacts are a strong advantage, but not required
