We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers in Mullingar. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for greeting and engaging with customers on the banking hall floor, enquiring about their needs.
* Greet and engage with customers on the banking hall floor, enquiring about their needs.
* Guide customers to self-service options, directing them to staff as required.
* Handle basic queries and complaints, escalating to senior staff when necessary.
* Utilize digital platforms to update customer information and sales needs.
* Identify sales opportunities and refer them to suitable staff.
* Manage cash and cheque lodgements, balancing cash at the end of the day and maintaining levels throughout.

* Customer service experience, with a high standard of service and awareness of its importance.
