Overview
AtkinsRéalis are seeking a motivated Architect to join our growing architectural team. With a strong pipeline of medium and large-scale aviation, education, retail, mixed-use, and civic projects, this is a great opportunity to step into a key role and work alongside a talented creative team.
Your role
* The ideal Architect will be RIAI or RIBA Registered with relevant experience, including hands-on involvement in Irish planning and building regulations.
* You'll be involved across all stages of project developmen from concept to construction.
* You'll collaborate with our architects and site teams, produce technical drawings, ensure compliance with regulations, manage documentation, and support feasibility and regulatory submissions.
About you
* RIAI or RIBA registration (required).
* Strong design and graphic skills.
* Able to deliver projects from a design and technical background.
* Experience of project delivery in Ireland.
* Experience in Aviation, Industrial, Education, Transportation and Judicial projects would be beneficial but not essential.
* Experience of working with Revit.
* Should be aware of relevant current technical building legislation and guidance such as Building Regulations and IE Standards.
* Should be prepared to work on multiple projects.
