Here at Osborne, weverstanden a exciting new opportunity We are hiring an Office Administrator on a 6 month fixed‑term contract for our client, a local educational facility based in Kildare. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative and customer service experience and will be highly organised and have strong communication skills.
Details:
* Salary – €30,000+ DOE
* Monday to Friday, FULLY ONSITE
* Contract role – 6 months
Responsibilities:
* Coordinating the loaning process for educational resources, ensuring materials are tracked and returned on time.
* Managing competition administration, including registrations, communications, and logistics.
* Keeping accurate records and maintaining databases for both resource lending and competition entries.
* Liaising with teachers, students, and external organisations toülleprovide excellent support.
* Preparing reports and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
* 1–2 years' experience in a similar role is essential.
* Strong organisational and administrative skills with great attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
* A proactive approach with a problem‑solving mindset.
