Due to growing demand, we are seeking a highly experienced candidate with a background in Infrastructure Asset Management / Asset Performance Management, with a focus on commercial and financial aspects. You will lead the expansion of our infrastructure asset management, cost, and performance optimization services to meet increasing market opportunities.
The ideal candidate is an agile problem solver, combining collaboration and client relationship skills with expertise in infrastructure asset management, maintenance optimization, and performance enhancement. The role focuses on extending asset useful life, optimizing lifecycle investments for better maintenance cost management, and improving infrastructure asset performance.
Role Details
1. Key Responsibilities:
2. Identify, develop, and grow key client relationships across focus sectors, driving new opportunities.
3. Enhance collaboration and relationships within the asset management market, leading multidisciplinary teams for client assignments.
4. Support the drafting and delivery of high-impact, quality deliverables and proposals for clients.
5. Manage asset management and performance-linked assignments in key sectors.
6. Engage as an asset performance and lifecycle risk expert in business case development.
7. Collaborate with team members to deliver comprehensive solutions for clients.
8. Support team growth through coaching and leadership of junior members.
9. Provide strategic insights on infrastructure topics through thought leadership and client engagement.
10. Stay updated on relevant infrastructure asset management topics.
11. Develop and implement work plans, ensuring quality control, resource allocation, and risk management adherence.
12. Perform other duties as required.
The Candidate
* Qualified with relevant professional qualifications and/or degrees (e.g., ACA, ACCA, Construction Management, PM, QS, Cost Consultant, Engineering).
* Minimum 13+ years of hands-on experience in physical infrastructure asset management advisory in target sectors.
* Detailed knowledge in transport (road, rail, public transport), energy transition, or complex facilities (including data centers).
* Experience from public sector, engineering consultancy, developer/equity industry, or professional services.
* Self-motivated, autonomous worker.
* Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills with high attention to detail.
