Job Description
Duties
Open and close the building when required and supervise the use of the carpark, hall/room rental while occupied.
Meet and greet visitors and assist with enquiries.
Prepare tea/coffee and light refreshments.
Clean and maintain parish hall, meeting rooms, kitchen and toilets.
Ensure grounds and facilities are kept clean, safe and secure (e.g., safety signage, reporting hazards).
Manage the heating system.
Litter collection and disposal.
Work 19.5 hours rostered between mornings/evenings and occasional weekends; flexibility required.
Location: Sligo Presbyterian Parish Hall, F91 A312.
Sector: administrative and support service activities.
