In this role, you'll lead cross-functional engineering projects, drive process improvements, and support new product development in a fast-paced flavour manufacturing facility. Your New Role Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end delivery of process and capital projects from planning to execution and commissioning. Collaborate across engineering, operations, and R&D teams to implement new processes and improve existing ones. Act as the process engineering expert in key areas like filtration, blending, and separation. Lead sustainability initiatives related to energy and utility efficiency. Provide technical support to troubleshoot process issues and implement solutions. Drive technology transfer and scale-up from development to production. Ensure all projects meet safety, quality, and regulatory compliance standards. What You Need: Degree in Mechanical, Process, or Chemical Engineering 10+ years experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment (e.g., food, beverages, pharma) Strong project management skills, including managing contractors, budgets, and cross-functional teams Experience with automation systems (e.g., PLC, Control Net, Device Net) Deep understanding of process safety, regulatory frameworks, and best practices (e.g., ATEX, HAZOP, Seveso) If you are interested in this role,please send your CV in Word format to Patricia.
