1. Dealing with the public
2. Answering the telephone
3. Carrying out internet research for manager and staff
4. Keeping account of daily cash
5. Carrying out research for purchases
6. Ordering resources as requested
7. Completing monthly invoices for payment
8. Keeping accurate accounts
9. Carrying out photocopying and laminating
10. Supporting manager and event organisers and being flexible to staff needs
