Purpose of the Role:
This role reports directly to the MD and will be responsible for leading and optimising all aspects of the retail and online customer journey – from operational excellence and team leadership to brand representation and service delivery. This position ensures that every customer experience – in-store or online – reflects our quality standards, care for details, and strong character as a heritage brand with modern outlook.
* The ideal candidate has at least five years’ senior retail leadership experience ideally spanning multiple sites or flagship locations
* A deep appreciation for high-quality products combined with an ability to inspire customers through great experiences
