Main Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality care to patients in line with clinical guidelines and best practices.
* Collaborate with the nursing team and contribute to daily care planning and decision-making.
* Mentor and support junior nursing staff to enhance their development.
* Carry out duties as delegated by the Director of Nursing, ensuring optimal patient care and safety.
* Maintain accurate patient records and participate in the ongoing improvement of nursing practices within the facility.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 6 months' experience in General Nursing.
* Active Nurse PIN.
* Strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate approach to patient care.
