The role of a Care Support Specialist is to engage with daily activities and routines of their service users, involving direct support, administration work, and household tasks.

* Prioritize recognition of individuals ensuring their needs are met.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
To excel in this position, you will require strong interpersonal skills, effective communication techniques, time management abilities, attention to detail reliability. Additionally you need basic knowledge about first aid especially when dealing severely ill persons. Caregivers must be comfortable performing various job duties that may involve moderate physical activity. Having degree related field like health care assistant bachelor's is highly desirable but not required; relevant experience can also make up for education gaps
