* To communicate regularly with primary healthcare services, families, and other support networks to ensure coordinated care.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Nursing Qualifications: Prioritization of Psychiatric Division registration on the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
Effective verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of medication management practices
