This is a pivotal role in the property purchasing and selling process – particularly where pensions, mortgages, contracts and legal conveyancing intersect. The person will work closely with solicitors, banks, mortgage providers, internal teams and clients to ensure the process runs smoothly from initial instruction to completion.If you have 2+ years' experience in property conveyancing, pension-property or legal administration you could be exactly who we are looking for.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the administrator for property transactions executed via the Zero Tax Property brand – this includes coordinating all parties (solicitors, mortgage brokers, banks, pension trustees).Manage drawdown of funds / banking instructions for property purchases.Oversee mortgage arrangement process (liaise with mortgage brokers/providers, ensure lending documentation completed).Prepare, distribute and track contracts, solicitors' letters, signing instructions, and ensure everything is signed, executed and returned in a timely manner.Monitor progress of conveyancing: ensure solicitors raise/answer queries, lodge contracts, attend to completion, ensure title & compliance steps done.Liaise with pension scheme/retirement account trustees (or internal pension team) to ensure property acquisition through pension is structured correctly.Maintain a detailed tracker of cases (from instruction through to completion), alerting team to delays or issues.Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring excellent service.Ensure all documentation and files are compliant and fully in line with internal systems and external regulatory/legal requirements.Support continuous improvement of process flows, systems and templates within the Zero Tax Property team.Skills and ExperienceYou have minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role: legal administration (property/conveyancing), or property purchase via pension/pension property structures.You have experience liaising with solicitors and banks in property transactions – mortgage arrangement, contract exchange, completion.You have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and track progress.Clear written and verbal communication skills: you'll be the point of contact for solicitors, clients, internal teams.You have confident ability to work with legal documents and be comfortable managing sign-offs, liaising with external advisers, chasing outstanding items.You are comfortable working to deadlines, escalating issues proactively and driving cases to completion.You have a customer-centric mindset and a team-oriented approach: you understand that high-quality service matters and you contribute positively to the team culture.Bonus: Knowledge or experience of pension-fund property acquisition, or familiarity with tax-efficient structures in property is a strong advantage.Benefits:Shorter working week, half day every Friday.Competitive salary package commensurate with experience.Company Pension.Company IP and DIS the day you join.22 days Annual Leave plus your birthday off.Job Type: Full-timePay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company pensionOn-site parkingWork Location: In person
